0.1.7.1  "Axolotl Update" Change log :

- Added Potion Table, a new block that can be used to make potion using various loot from the mobs of the mod.

- Added Axolotl, they spawn in small caves underground (always under Y=60). They loot their skin which can be used in a potion table to make regeneration potion.

- Fixed black bear texture, some info book descriptions and other small fixes.
