fixed Attribute mods also being applied to main hand item (armor);
fixed gemstone blocks always being Almandine;
fixed frozen blaze armor crafting not working;

moved Vein-miner/Lumberjack enchantment to Tick based system to reduce lag;
nerved ferocity only to trigger on melee attacks;
removed unnecessary asset files;
