Release 3.0.1 for MC 1.18

Changes:

- Added support for setting a crop or crop tier's base secondary drop chance
  - this refers to the 10% chance of a second seed/essence dropping when planted on a valid farmland (not the additional 10% from corresponding farmland)

- Fixed a startup crash caused by using certain crop names
