0.0.4.5 Changelog: 

- added mutant iron golem to defend against mutant mobs, 1000 max hp, 50 attack damage, 1.75 attack knockback, 0.9 knockback resistance, 0.25 speed. Acts like a normal iron golem. 

- added mutant creeper: 250 max health, 15 attack damage, 0.25 speed, 32 follow range, 1 attack knockback. Does melee attacks and spawns creeperlings but when it dies 4 seconds later it explodes. So don't battle this near any important builds. drops a special kind of gunpowder that can be used to craft creeper bombs

- added Creeper Bomb, similar to tnt only explodes either when its powered by redstone or when hit by a projectile and has a 4 second delay but the explosions a bit larger.

- added creeperling: 12 max health, acts like a normal creeper, 0.35 speed, 32 follow range. Does melee attacks and drops gunpowder.

- buffed mutant zombified piglin, it felt weird having a mob be able to swing a huge hammer but do less damage than other mutants. To make up for the damage buff they spawn a bit less than other mutant mobs. Recommended gear: prot 4 netherite armor, golden apples, sharp 5 netherite sword and/or axe, golden carrots, and a shield or 2.

- added a config to the forge version, fabric version will have a few gamerules instead. The config is just to change the mutant mobs attack damage, speed, max health, attack knockback and knockback resistance. Basically multipliers, 1.0 for normal, 0.5 for 50%, etc.

- changed mutant skeleton ability from spamming arrows to occasionally shooting 3-12 arrows that do more damage than normal. Mostly done since it improves fps since constantly detecting if the mutant skeleton has a target is just asking for lag.

- The golden hammer now looks like its made of gold and can be repaired with gold blocks.

- Added mutant skeleton bones which are dropped by mutant skeletons. They will be useful in 0.0.5

Bugs fixed:

- Mutant Mobs not spawning naturally.

- Golden hammer model rendering incorrectly.

- Animations being delayed by 2 seconds. They look the same, just that they aren't way to long or delayed.
