Adds playable instruments with support for midi input.

Instruments (note block sounds)
- Piano (Harp & Chime).
- Xylophone (Iron-Xylophone & Xylophone).
- Bass (Bass & Guitar). [WIP]
- Pad (Bass, Snare, Hat, Basedrum, didgeridoo, Bit, Pling).
- Midi Speaker (all note block sounds).

Midi
- All instruments support midi input.
- Midi devices are discovered when launching the game, make sure it is connected when starting Minecraft.
- Play midi files with external programs such as loopMidi and any Midi player.

Crafting
- See 'Images' tab.
- Logs, Plants and Buttons can be of any type.

Use
- Play instruments using the keyboard or a virtual/real midi device.
- Toggle sound type by holding 'left-shift' or toggle with 'left-ctrl'
- Individual key-binds for notes are shown by hovering over a note on the Gui with the mouse.
