Update 3.0

-add eng language
-removed wither particle effect on Killer(s)
-Suspect Book GUI changed
-fixed bug that only 12 Villagers shown in Suspect Book
-double names are now numbered
-added names (now 110 different names)
-added "empty pockets feature"
-changed Villagers panic when someone dies (now 5 Blocks Radius)
-added chat msg when someone dies
-Villagers are now frozen when being questioned
-Win/Loose changed to Title instead of Chat msg
-added if player kills Innocent Villagers, +40 Suspicion to all Killers
-added actionbar that shows remaining Killer(s), only appears when Villager is killed
-added, that if /mm stop all Villagers despawn
-added that remaining Villagers despawn and spawn firework if round is Won
-added /mm start 4/5 if atleast 9/11 Villagers are alive (4/5 Killers)
-added nametags are colored when set to Innocent or Suspect
-added that Suspicion gets higher if player looks more than 5s at a Villager (+1/s)
-changed Texture of Suspect Book
