What's new

Added a lightweight in-game update reminder.

- Checks once per game launch in the background.
- Matches the current Minecraft version and mod loader.
- Shows one message only when a newer approved release is available.
- Never downloads updates automatically and fails silently if the service is unavailable.
- Can be disabled with checkForUpdates=false in config/multicore-helper-client.properties.
- Includes English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese translations.
