MultiCore Helper: Coffee Expansion

IMPORTANT: REQUIRED UPDATE

- Fixed coffee seeds growing only as shrubs instead of full coffee trees.
- Fixed coffee harvesting resetting growth without providing the expected items.
- Added the complete coffee preparation workflow: grinding, loading the portafilter, tamping, extraction, milk pitcher and steamed milk.
- Added nine new item models and textures for coffee preparation tools.
- Added Coffee Machine Brewing recipes and step-by-step instructions to JEI.
- Redesigned the coffee machine interface and added a precise collision shape.
- Removed legacy crafting shortcuts: prepared drinks must now be brewed with the coffee machine.

Existing planted shrubs remain compatible, but newly planted coffee seeds use the corrected tree system.
