For use with Primitive Mobs v1.2.1 or higher; v1.2 will not work
- Added a bunch of fallback code for getting the colors in ColorUtil; should solve any situation where the mob becomes fully blackened
- Made it so mobs that are disabled are not removed from the game to avoid world data corruption. Instead they remove themselves from the world but are still loaded (also removes spawn egg).
