Updated to Minecraft Forge version 1.20 - 46.0.14

 

This is the 1.20 Beta release of the mod, which will be used as the base mod for all 1.20+ releases (again)

Major Changes:

- Moved Filters from Pedestals into it.
- Moved Work Cards from Pedestals into it.

- Added a large amount of helper functions and classes to make porting faster for my 1.19 mods.
