Added Rocky Peaks

      Big mountains that are mainly composed of Deepslate and Stone.

      May contain Emerald Ore.

       Added Spiked Rocky Peaks variant.

              Slightly bigger than Rocky Peaks.

              Relatively hard to traverse, having pointed dripstone all over the ground.

              May contain small Dripstone Caves.

 

Updated Forge version to 37.1.1.
