Frosty Cliffs

     Temperature set to -0.8, because apparently you can do that.

                As a result of this change, Frosty Cliffs biomes now generate properly (only near cold biomes).

     Biome weight increased.

 

Crystal Plateau

      Base height has been reduced.

 

Badlands Plateau

      Height variation has been slightly reduced.

      Biome weight increased.
