Implemented Embers Caminite integration with Tinker's Construct Drying Rack.

 

Implemented temporary replacement for FTB Tweaks functionality.  The current 3.0.1 version does not work on Curse however the github code was fixed already in HEAD.  Under MIT License for now I am duplicating that fixed functionality as the bug has existed for a couple of months now and I would like to release a version of my pack that relies on the ability to swap recipes.
