MorphAdditions' intention is to create abilities for morphed players to trigger, up until the time comes when Morph inherently provides this functionality.

- Adds trigger able Morph abilities and cool downs.
- Adds WAILA compatibility for Morph (When morphed, Waila will now show the mob name, instead of the player name) (Feature request: Fireball1725)
