balance changes

-war hammer attack speed 1.3 -> 1.4

-wooden, stone, and iron long swords do more damage

-mace deals a bit less crit damage

-rapier attack speed 2.8 -> 2.5

-knives can sweep

-double axe now has increased attack speed but is two-handed
