What's new

0.1.0 - First release
NeoForge 1.21.1. Doesn't need anything else.

Three jet skis - green, red and navy. They don't handle the same: different
hull, different top speed, different lean.

You don't craft them. Dig up a buried treasure or crack open the treasure chest
of a shipwreck and there's about one chance in four of a jet ski in it, usually
with a jerrycan or two beside it. Jerrycans on their own turn up in shipwreck
supply chests and underwater ruins, about a third of the time.

It doesn't swim, it glides. Let go of the throttle and you carry on for a good
while, because a jet ski has no brakes. The hull sits on the water properly
instead of bobbing in it: send it off a wave and it drops back onto its
waterline, sink it and it climbs back up. Beach it and you still have about a
tenth of your power, enough to crawl off the sand instead of smashing the thing
to get it back. It throws a plume out behind you when you're moving.

Crouch + right-click opens the dashboard, from the water beside it or sitting on
it. Ignition, and a slot that takes a jerrycan or a lava bucket. One jerrycan is
one full tank, and they stack.

The fast ones drink. Fuel burn follows the cube of speed the way it does on a
real hull, so the green covers about 1450 blocks on a tank and the slower red
closer to 1800. The quickest one is not the one that crosses the biggest ocean.

Each machine has its own engine note, and the revs follow the throttle rather
than playing a clip at you.

English and French.
