Antimatter MekaTool

• Standard and Ultra antimatter orbs now launch from the MekaTool muzzle origin.
• Ultra charging renders the actual antimatter orb model at the muzzle with a smooth Standard-to-Ultra growth animation.
• The charge model is kept compact and positioned forward to remain clear of the first-person camera.
• Added a dynamic Mekanism Generators Fusion Reactor charging sound with a stronger audible presence, smooth fade-in, interruption fade-out, and near-silent completion.

Ultra impact wave

• Increased the Ultra damaging pressure-wave radius from 75 to 150 blocks.
• Damage now falls off quadratically from the impact center, dealing maximum damage near the center and reduced damage toward the edge.
• The larger damage wave does not increase the block-destruction crater.
