Fixed:
- Warps not saving
- Rotations when teleporting to a warp being inversed (yaw became pitch and vice versa)
- The gmx commands having the wrong name
- Rotate command being weird
- Fireball command summoning fireballs way too high up
- Fireballs summoned with the fireball command diverging from their path after travelling a short distance.
- Crashes when teleporting between dimensions on 1.16
- Nickname command causing crashes on 1.16
