Cryo & Light Update [Part 7: Almost!]

Changelog for Release Candidate 1:

- > Added Ice Outpost Structure on all Snowy Biome (similar to Elemental Training Structure) 

- > Added Armorer Table in the creative menu and crafting recipe

- > Added Rucksack (Tier: Leather, u can make a few degisn pattern) 

- > Added Rucksack Pattern Water (Blue), Creeper (Green), SunniePaws Logo (Orange), Mojang Studios logo (Red), Microsoft (Magic Dye))

- > Added (Universal Template) Slot Capacity, Crafting, Smelting. With (+2, +4, +5, & +6. for Carrier Capacity. (+6 being the rarest to find)). 

- > Added (Universal Template) Fire Immunity for Rucksack to not be burn in any lava or fire, like Netherite. 

**Changes:** 

- > Resize all Blocks texture from 256 × 256 Textures to 16 × 16 Textures, this change makes the Mod file size smaller. 

- > Changes textures for (Keyless Hardened Snowy Door, all Mystical Wood Texture (except Stripped Log & Stripped Wood), 

- > Re-added Ingredients Table (lvl 1 & 2) in the mod tab. (For now can add a Fire Immunity to a with the exact Design of the Rucksack) 

- > Change the GUI for Armorer table Entirely (3 height × 4 lenght) 

- > Change the GUI for Toolsmith Table to include 1 more slot for Ingredients and it's gonna be used for Upgrading Weapons (Function like Smithing Table but for upgrading weapons

- > Slightly Changed the description of Lightning Cryo Sword
