-Fixed race condition when reloading sound devices, should prevent the last crashes

-Display a error screen instead of crashing if the sound driver does not return sound devices
-Improve GUI screen to look a little bit nicer
(if you wonder about the jump: I made a small mistake in 1.0.1 and took it down)
