- Removed status effect duration extension due to its interactions with other items resulting in infinite potion effects.
- Status effect extension is replaced with a new effect: it can now reduce the level of negative effects and grant the opposite potion effect if one exists (e.g., Weakness → Strength) upon doing so.
- Added Cyberpsychosis description to abilities
- Cyberpsychosis now disguises some friendly mobs as hostile ones (can be disabled in client-side configs).
- Added missing language compatibility for Tyrant Mask and Depleted Spool.
