1. 可视化自定义酿造配方编辑器 (Visual Custom Brewing Recipe Editor)   新增图形化界面用于编辑自定义酿造配方，使用指令 /mpe_gui 打开。   Added a visual GUI for editing custom brewing recipes. Open it with the command /mpe_gui.

2. 游戏内热重载配方功能 (In-Game Hot Reload for Recipes)   新增游戏内热重载功能，可使用 /mpe reload 命令触发。注意：创造模式物品栏与 JEI 配方显示需在重进存档后才会更新。   Added in-game hot reload functionality for recipes, triggered via /mpe reload. Note: Creative inventory and JEI recipe displays will update after reloading the save.

3. 「复用」效果配置扩展 (Reuse Effect Configuration Expansion)   新增两个配置项，分别控制「复用」(Reuse) 效果抽取效果的黑名单与白名单。   Added two configuration options to control the blacklist and whitelist for effects extracted by the "Reuse" effect.
