Added Polished Obsidian Stairs, Slabs, Trapdoors and Buttons.

Added Obsidian and Polished Obsidian Wall.

Added the Volcanic biome with 2 new blocks (Ash block and Burnt Log).

Added Sand Ball, an item used for making the Raw Ceramic tile.

Added White and Black Ceramic Tiles.

Added Wood Cabinet.

Added Closed and Open Wood Closet.

Added Soft Obsidian and changed Obsidian stairs, Polished obsidian and Obsidian slabs to be made out of Soft Obsidian.

And finally added a new structure: Single Villager House 02 featuring the new Closet and Cabinet.
