Better Concrete, More Concrete!

Rain hardens concrete and an expanded variety of concrete items
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Added Concrete Fences and Fence Gates.
Rain now converts Concrete Powder into Concrete No Bucket needed!
*Fixed Error where Fences weren't mineable.
*Fixed Error where some Server Environments would Crash on Loading
**If any issues occur please let me know. In some situations a block may need an update to convert faster, however the rain particles should update them slowly. This update should occur for any Concrete Powder exposed to rain within one block of where the rain touches the ground.**
