First Commit - 21.0.0-beta

• Added 21 types of musical instruments, including all the vanilla note block instrument.

• They are: Harp, Piano (Upright and Grand), Bass Drum, Snare Drum, Hi-hat, Chimes, Glockenspiel, Xylophone, Vibraphone, Bass, Guitar, Electric Guitar, Flute, Cow Bell, Didgeridoo, Banjo, Violin, Cello, Trumpet and Synthesizer Keyboard (Two timbres for Bit and Pling).
• For some instruments, you have to use your both hands to play (means you can't play it when you are holding something on your offhand); Some instruments like violin need fiddle bow, while those percussion instruments need drumsticks.

• Added 5 new note block instruments: (Instrument type - Blocks below the note block)

  - Piano - Quartz Blocks;

  - Violin - Moss Block;

  - Cello - Nether Wart Block or Warped Wart Block;

  - Electric Guitar - Nether Fungus Wooden Blocks;

  - Trumpet - Copper Blocks (except Copper Grates, Bulbs, Lightning Rod and Raw Copper Block).
• All the instruments have playing poses or animations.
• All the instruments are survial-avaliable and craftable, you can learn the recipes with JEI.
• Although it's just a beta version, just enjoy it!
