Config has been better orgainzed and this resets all config options so make sure to back up config before opening the game with this version
Overhauled artifact loot tables
Removed old loot table method and made loot tables configurable through the config file, as the old method for loot tables was less reliable then this one and not configurable and this one is alot cleaner
Artifacts are still affected by looting
Added Apothecary compat for the burning effect for all obsidian artifacts and fire stone, and the chilled effect for the ice stone as artifacts now make you immune to these effects
