New Apples:

 

Cake Apple: restores full hunger bar and a lot of saturation

 

Chest Apple: Opens enderchest

 

Chorus Fruit Apple: Teleports you to the end spawn.

 

Cobblestone Apple: Gives new effect cobblestone destruction which destroys all cobblestone in your inventory while active

 

Compass Apple: Teleports you to world spawn

 

Enchantment Table Apple: Enchants every unenchanted item with an applicable enchantment

 

Food Apple: half of hunger bar and a lot of saturation
