-Added new spells (Wither Nova,Paladin Throw,Rancor Call,Bone Dagger,Graveyard Fissure,Raigo,Thunder Step,Brimstone Wrath)

-Added Paladins Hammer (similar to Endersent Crusher)

-Added Aero Rune and Upgrade Orb

-Reworked Static Effect to now be inflicted on the caster and damage other entity's

-Added custom spell cast sounds

-Changed Necro Rune item texture to be similar to ISS

-Nerfed Lichdom by making it give curse when killed

-Reduced Stray Grasp stats

-Reduced Soul Chain stats

-Gave Putresence Mass to give wither on contact with its AOE

-Fixed Frenzy Surge madness duration and gave it I frame bypass

-Reduced Banshee Scream wither duration

-Fixed Thunderstorm Wave doing damage to the caster

-Reduced Guardians Neutralizers effect duration

-Fixed Ore Loot tables to be proper drop

-Changed Soul Fire particles color scheme

-Added more effects to wither bombs explosion
