Keybinding GUI is replaced with version backported from MPS for 1.16.5 (no more keybindings hiding outside the frame)

Modifiers can now be used for keybinding (SHIFT, ALT, Etc... )

MPSKeybindings save in same location as before, but in easy to read Json format. 

Code refactored to make maintenance easier, but incompatible with previous versions of Numina
