Description
This mod is specially developed for modpack creators. At the moment there are only a few features.
0.0.1+: You can change the window title is Minecraft to what ever you want. Even a few placeholders are available.
0.0.1+: You can add one or multiple servers to the server list.
0.0.2+: You can change the icon of the game to any png you want (even using only an url).
0.0.3+: You can display your modpack name on discord while playing
