add 7 new structures to the game 1- abandoned outpost in deep frozen ocean 2- 2 new house located in plains 3- an abandoned bus in jungle 4- a cherry house (cherry grove) 5- a submarine 6- a trapped boat (frozen ocean)

i also deleted 1 structure (the hospital) because i didn't know what to do whit it
