Make a notification and sound when Minecraft finishes loading, letting you know exactly how long Minecraft took to load!

Startup Timer
Allows displaying a notification (using Minecraft's built in toasts) letting you know how long Minecraft took to load. Also plays a "Ding!" sound upon loading to let you know when it is finished! Both of these can be individually turned on/off in the config!
This mod is based off of ZhuRuoLing's Startup Time but updated and with new features.
This mod is not related to embeddedt's Startup Timer which is for 1.12.2 Forge.
