This mod adapts the original for a more modern gameplay experience by updating textures and improving localization.
Description
This mod makes several adjustments to the original mod for a few reasons:
- The original mod's texture style is too rigid, making it hard to integrate with Minecraft's aesthetic.
- The i18n support is incomplete; many areas still use hardcoded text translations instead of key-based translations.
- Although Simplified Chinese translations were added, most are machine-translated, which has been a common complaint in the Chinese community.
As a result, this mod includes the following changes:
- Modified many original items and block models through texture pack overrides.
- Adjusted collision boxes using Mixin technology to fit the new models.
- Replaced original text values with Mixin technology to support i18n functionality.
If we can't contact the original author, more changes may come in the future:
- Modify the handgun mechanics.
- Add more recipes.
- Based on this, introduce new items (to be determined).
A patch was made due to too many flaws in the original author's graphic design.
