Had to reduce the ki configs even more :(
The issue stems from how fast ki attacks launch, it takes more time to get to the config, so it ends up skipping the animation of the ki attack while it checks the config, resulting in an invisible ki attack.
For the sake of servers, I am making this version with even less control, it will only allow the ki attacks in negative (-x) coordinates
Sorry for this inconvenience, it's hard to debug since the error only occurs on servers
