Added mob whitelist, because some people find zombies cute.

Added mob drop block, which causes mobs that spawn within a configurable radius to drop their loot, artwork subject to change (submissions welcome :p).

Now requires AutoRegLib by Vazkii. (You probably already have it installed.)
