Resume of changes in the fork

-Prevent Launching the game if Increase Mobs is installed

-Fix crash with immersive engineering , fix #6

-Code Simplifications

-Remove Custom Mob Spawner Requirement

-Rewrite MoCreatures Configs ,fix #11

-Fix #13 , the sound doesn't eixst in assets, so just remove the call

-Fix #16 , fix large TPS lags caused by Scorpions
