- BWM-based Portals had a bug that prevented them form working occasionally corrected.

- Bolt Crit rate was lowered

- Warhammer/Hammer crit damage buffed to make them a more competitive offering

- Warhammer no longer shield restricted as it doesn't seem to really have the damage to qualify as a 2-hander.
