Made it so evokers have a 28% chance of being a feruchemist (they don't use it though), meaning if you kill one with one of the four spikes for stealing feruchemy, you have a 7% chance of getting a power, depending on the spike used
Also made metal beads restore 2x the store they used to and increased the maximum metal storage.
Also made zinc generate 1/3 less frequently
