What's new

- Fixed guide book re-initiating all objects each render tick causing huge amounts of lag.
- Made all guide book info pages be loaded at mod init and keep all pages in memeory instead of reading from file each tick.
- Added a few minor changes and additions for the new MiscItemsAndBlocks version
