- Fixes world generation

- Added config option to allow increasing/decreaseing chance of world gen and disabeling
- Fix crash when disabeling items/blocks
- Add new magic system details in guide book (Power crystal and Magical Infuser are the main parts) (for now you there is no ingame guide for the recipes in the Magical Infuser so i suggest using NotEnoughItems)
- Added NEI support for recipes is most of the machines
- Some machines should now work with shift-click in the gui but some might still be buggy
- Added config option to change the max size of the mining station
- Added support for electric machines and items to use RF (Thermal expansion)
- Changed a few things with recipes in guide book (mostly code but some small changes in the gui)
- Added custom material pillars (Can be made from most of vanilla blocks (recipe in guide book))
- Better recipe handeling. Causes some machines to run better
- A few other smaller changes and fixes
- A working version of the api is also available
