Big Release (Was waiting for Linggango Update)

- Added animations:
Added quest hover animation
Added zooming in and out animation
Added smooth panning
Added SO MUCH more animations

- Added new suffixes:
[!info] or [!note]
[!tip] or [!success]
[!warn] or [!warning]
[!danger] or [!error]

- Added bullet list support
- Improved search bar significantly. Now you can search items, names across the whole quest book and it highlights it.

- Added progress ring to quests. It needs a texture though and i suck at it. (hmu for it!)
- Added slight glow to quests that players are able to start. QoL.
- Added curved dependency lines. Might look pretty.. might not.
- Added numbered lists.

- Added configuration options for everything in this update.
