miraculer monarch upgrade

fix some bugs from before

(req monarch ring version to be true and not false to use monarch bug)
Nooroo, Tikki Unify!

Tikki, Nooroo Divide! (revert to monarch ring version)
Nooroo, Tikki Divide! (revert to mr bug (the suit i set for this))
Nooroo Tikki Unify! (transform into monarbug only if monarch ring version is active)
Nooroo Tikki/Tikki, Nooroo Divide! (detransform as monarbug)

note doing the command without , will trigger the direct transform but doing it with a , will trigger the unify 

so do Tikki Nooroo Unify! to transform innto monarbug instead of having to transform into monarch then unify
