New stuff:

~Kelp Brush to brush seadragons, turtles, and a few more!

Cahnges/Fixes:

~Damage of sharp shells and loose shells special attacks increased.

5->6 for sharp shells

4->5 for loose shells

~Loose shells projectile now gains speed in water.

~Base range of the longspear increased, 1 -> 1.5

~Minks can be brushed with the kelp brush regardless of if they are tamed or not.

~Spear enchantments sharp and loose shells now only activate when it would benefit the player rather than on any 4th attack swing.
