Mining Dimensions [FABRIC]

Update to Portal Blocks:

• when you click a portal block in the overworld and a safe spot is found in the dest dim, another portal block will be placed under the player feet. When you click that block, a check is performed of the chunk at the same position in the dest dim and if a portal block is found, the player will be teleported and placed on top of it. So don't put the portal block in a wall, haha.
