Adds boss bars to different mini-bosses (or bosses that lack their own) from numerous different Minecraft mods, including vanilla's Elder Guardian and Warden.

- Added Gritshell's Gritshell
- Fixed a compatibility issue with Yazz's Dungeons: The Sequel where the Warden has two boss bars, each added by both mods. (I mean in practice, you could just disable one of the boss bars via this mod's config but I figured I'd take care of this myself because like who the hell needs two boss bars anyway?)
