New stats

• Session Avg/Min/Max FPS — {fps_avg}, {fps_min}, {fps_max} track running average, minimum, and maximum FPS since mod load or your last world join. Resets on join/disconnect, so numbers won't carry over between sessions.
• 1% and 0.1% Low FPS — new percentile low stats for spotting stutters.

Fixes

• Fixed stat update jitter in the HUD renderer.
• Average FPS now defaults to 0 decimal places (still configurable).
• Broken links in the README fixed.
