Miner's Horizon

Miner's Horizon `1.3.0: the bug fix update that fixes the 1.3.0 bugs, 

Not compatible with previous saves; please delete your Miner's Horizon dimension file (and the config file, if it's at the default values) before loading it up. Your game will not break, but the dimension will be weird.

Changelog for 1.2.0 (removed due to issues):

 - ores no longer spawn on the surface to prevent peck and hunt mining from the start

 - config now actually works for modded blocks

 - removed old custom blocks and just changed stone hardness dynamically, scaling from regular to very hard at y0

 - portal now doesn't hurt you when you teleport

 - nerfed default ore rates

 - hopefully doesn't crash on dedicated servers

Changelog for 1.3.0 (this update):

 - fixed a bug where overworld stone was affected by mixin

 - mixin now properly scales stone difficulty

 - config now actually works for modded blocks v2

 - config has a much better format

 - removed a debug item, no more console logs about it

 - heavily nerfed ore amounts

 - fixed the big bug where server would crash when leaving the dimension
