Minerdz Quartz

Changelog:

• All ores are now listed under the "forge:ores" tag. There is also a new Chloritoid_blocks tag for full blocks and a Chloritoid tag that contains that but also the non-full blocks and ore.
• as promised for 1k downloads, I have made a quartz and chloritoid amongus statue/idol.
• both idols give enchanting power, quartz gets to level 13, chloritoid gets to level 30.
• both idols can be crafted with their respective materials or found in shrines located in the overworld for quartz, and the end for chloritoid.
• chloritoid blocks now give off 2 light level instead of 1 so that it actually gives off light outside of itself as intended.

unfortunately, there will not be versions for the previous versions, as it takes far too long for me to switch between versions for it to be sustainable and logical.

also the bugs associated with not being able to tailor the mod to the specific versions.
