Changes

-Both overworld quartz blocks now use loot tables to drop quartz, allowing fortune to actually work. silk touch still works.

-nether quartz can be traded by wandering traders and mason villagers.

New Features

-Added Chloritoid, a black, quartz-like silicate located in the end. (Yes, it's a real mineral, i checked. although real chloritoid can be more greenish.)

-chloritoid can be crafted into all variants of typical quartz blocks, as well as the unique Tiled bricks (and slab and stair) and smooth chloritoid wall.

-chloritoid block textures have slight variations from vanilla quartz, other than it being darker. the bricks in particular, have 3 unique textures to make the texture make sense.

-chloritoid itself has a slight variation from the vanilla quartz texture, having an altered shape.

-chloritoid ore, like the other chloritoid blocks, has a different ore shape from the other quartz ores.

-chloritoid can also be crafted (not worth it) and traded from the wandering trader (expensive due to location found in)

-chloritoid can also be used to craft deepslate and blackstone, similar to how you can craft diorite and granite using quartz.

-chloritoid ore also has its own loot table. see above.

1.18 is still deprecated as of now.
