Version v0.3.5 - 6/7/2025

What's Changed

Features

- Bellows can now be activated by Living Entities landing on them

- Transformation recipes for progressive cuts, replacing the on-the-block implementation

- Added Blocked Recipe System to allow mass blocking of recipes of all types

- Restored Forge combining

- Restored Trough facings

- Introduced IngredientMaterial, which allows for special material restrictions and controls at the recipe level

Bug Fixes

- Moved MFR recipes JSON to registry folder for consistency

- Reworked vanilla item rewrite override

- Addon recipes being referenced incorrectly in the recipe system. Fixes client desyncs

- Material JSONs will now be looked for and loaded from addon and other mod files

- Fix Sticky bomb crafting, now only takes one slime ball, not the whole stack

- Custom Materials are now a registry and use ingredients for their transformation item

- JEI support has been revamped to account for materials plus other fixes

- Fixed Blocked Recipe loading on real environments

- Forges not syncing fuel and temp to client

- Duplicate material entries causing issues

- Salvage recipes now do not select from oredict lists, always pick the first entry (no more salvage material explosion)

- Nerfed various MFR tools

- Carpenter tile and Carpenter Recipe not handling invalid sounds properly

- Added missing Recipe add methods to the API and removed deprecated labels in preparation for possible GroovyScript/ContentTweaker support

- Rarity is now an Enum

- Carpenter Bench checking recipes every time you look at it

- Kitchen Bench being unclean-able under certain circumstances

- Lumberaxes now have a config option to say which mods should prevent it from attempting whole tree destruction

- Bombs, Mines, other entities, and systems now explode in all directions, instead of just towards positive coords.

- Hopefully fixed hands requiring tiers again

- Ovens should be able to cook vanilla foods now

- Multi-bite foods should no longer be affected by things that heal item damage, they should break as they are meant to

- Made Items able to define their material types

- Halbeard renamed to halberd

- Sticks now only provide 15 seconds of fuel each

- Duplicate material entries causing issues

- Research checks on Anvils should work properly now

Lenvil's Ignition Patch

- All Ignitable blocks now play a pitch-shifted fire charge sound when ignited, instead of just the firepit

- Ignitable Blocks only fire fireItUp on the server side to avoid the false start bug when the random success chance rolled a success on the client side but failed on the server side

- Bloomery: fixed ignition check to solve the issues of the bloomery being ignited and stuck in an active state if ignited when totally empty, and entering a false start when fuel and ore didn't match

- Firepit: changed unsuccessful ignition sound to the same flint and steel click as other blocks

- Firepit: if clicked on by an igniter while lacking fuel, will prevent the igniter from trying to set fire to an adjacent block

- Firepit: if an attempt to ignite it in the rain is made, it will make a sizzle noise without ever entering an active state

- Forge: Can no longer be activated when its top is exposed to the rain. It will make a sizzle if the presence of rain prevents its activation

- Forge: Auto-igniting forges now make a noise when being ignited and when being extinguished.

- Forge: No longer flashes when ignited when it has no fuel in it
